AMD Ryzen 7 7700

The AMD Ryzen 7 7700 non-X processor is a new, unreleased model that will launch soon with around 8 cores and 65W TDP. This would be a variant with a lower TDP of 65W, instead of the 105W of the ‘X’ model.

The Ryzen 7000 series has been launched recently, and among the released models, we have the Ryzen 7 7700X which comes with a TDP of 105W and higher clocks. Both models have about 8 cores and 16 threads.

This new model was leaked which claims that AMD is working on a Ryzen 7 7700 model, which would have a much lower TDP than the traditional ‘X’.

There are not many details about other specifications of this model, such as clock speeds, although this would be the only change in the specifications that we already know about this model. 

The Ryzen 7 7700X that we know of has about 8 cores and 16 threads with a 5.4GHz boost clock speed and 32MB L3 cache. These clock speeds would be lower on the non-X model to achieve a lower TDP.

This processor will join other models that are planned by AMD, such as the Ryzen 7000 X3D, expected early next year with expanded cache memory, which is designed for extra gaming performance. We will keep you updated with all the information about Ryzen 7000.
